Surely the process goes like this: 1) SEALs capture terrorist 2) SEALs may, or may not, have punched the guy (who cares really?!!) 3) Terrorist cries 4) Terrorist complains of maltreatment 5) SEALs get "suspended" (if that's the correct term) pending investigation (as per usual military procedures I suppose) 6) After some he-said-she-said arguments and no proof the SEALs are let off Surely it's three-against-one in court, and no evidence barring a bloody-lip? How does the court-martial process go? |
