Suppose you want to sell to an out of state FFL who will be in the state.Can an in state FFL work this out at minimal cost to me w/o violating any ATF laws?Basically a FTF with 2 ffl's present.

An FFL that has his licensed location in another state can acquire firearms in other states and transport them to his licensed location & log them accordingly.They can be acquired from private individuals or other FFL's.
