Anvil Arms can do it at a gunshow.

Last time I checked he uses a laser.  Just make sure that it meets the ATF rules for font size and engraving depth.

ATF Spec is 1/16" (.0625") high and .003" deep. Most low power lasers for artwork use a chemical process. The chemical is applied to the surface and the laser in a sense cooks it. While permanent, it doesn't meet AFT's requirement for legal marking. There are some high powered lasers capable of meeting the spec, very expensive and generally limited to manufacturers.

All I can advise is stay away from manual drag engravers, I've seen more messed up receivers with billboards on mag wells & such. Double stoke messes and situations where the engraving method used chipped the anodized surface leaving ragged edges.

Contact CS223,  you aren't going to get a better job done for as fair a price anywhere else. I've got a receiver waiting to go out to him as soon as I get my form I approval.
