I will be there Sat morning. I am going to get there a 8am since it opens at 9am and the line to get in starts at the DCYF and ends somewhere in Liberty Ghetto City. SO I WILL BE THERE EARLY. Also, There will be no time to look at the beef jerky table since I will be making a V-line to Spike's table to pickup my stripped lower....

I will be there also on Saturday morning with 3 new to be AR owners. I will take them to see Spikes or Ira at Gun Country and see who has the best deal althogh Shoot Straight will be there so I bet prices will be competitive. +1 I've bought a few things from him in the past. I'm going to go say hi in a bit. I'll be wearing my green team FL shirt. eta* I went the the fairgrounds and all I found were Colombian flags and tents everywhere... boy do I feel like a dumbass now... I ended up going to bass pro and buying some ammo. I'm gonna head over to the krome and 100th range if anyone wants to do some shooting. |

Because people shoot there does not make it a range. It is not a range and should not be advertised as such... I don't care if you guys/gals shoot there, your adults. I just don't want too see someone go there to shoot thinking its a legal range and leaving in the back of a patrol car. |

It's private property. By you going there to shot you are committing a felony of the third degree. Look it up. It's under Florida Criminal Statue 810.08(C) Trespass in structure or conveyance. It's owned by a corporate farm. You can look up the property owner on the Miami-Dade Tax Appraiser Website. |
The FL SS you mention above only corresponds to a structure or conveyance (car or building). It does not pertain to this area. When I said "range" if you notice I put it in qoutations for that very reason.....we all are very aware its not a range. To be very honest at times "saftey" at a working/running range is very poor, which leads me to shoot elsewhere. As you said and adults know...."at your own risk" Lets leave it at that, shall we. I bought my last gun from you guys, a chromed trade-in P7. I'm pretty happy with the deal I got and the gun, just an FYI. As for myself: I'll be there, possibly trying to trade in my p22 for another .22 pistol or rifle, if at all possible. In other words: Something fun for something else fun of some kind. |

How does this show compare to the one in FTL at War Memorial Auditorium? Looks like I may be going on Sunday. I'll keep my eyes peeled for you guys. I'll either be wearing my I LOVE WATERBOARDING shirt or a MOLAN LABE shirt. If you see me, come say hi. ETA: Also, what are the CCW classes like (for my wife)? Do they pack them full with gang bangers or are they usually pretty civilized? |
from what ive heard the group is always pretty well mixed, adn regardless of who you are, most act civilized and sit back and relax. |
not to knock any instructors here but, charles berrane is a very good teacher. He is great with new students and very patient. he's a great guy to deal with also. I'd definately recommend him for any one who wants to get their permit. |

There's nothing like having to write out the entire history of something you've owned to make you get cold feet  I was going to try to get 180$ for it, which is steep but puts me most of the way towards another plinker but also sells the first handgun I ever owned. Let me know what you think. |
