I live in Port St. Lucie and was wondering if it is "legal" to practice my archery skills on my property within city limits?

Sure why not. It s the same as a BB gun in the regulations. I use to shoot down my driveway all the time and I live in a crowded area of town.

I used to shoot down my driveway and never had problems, but remember that accidents do happen, rests break, releases go bad, etc and you could possibly send an arrow over your backstop into a neighbors yard or home. You could be held liable for any property damage or injury.
