Awesome time like usual guys - definitely had a TON of people out there, and met a bunch of new, good folks.

Sorry I couldn't say goodbye to anyone, had to pick up a friend from the airport today who's just come back from Iraq, and the time got away from me, sooooo had to haul ass pretty quick.

But anyhoo - the prizes were awesome - didn't win a gun or an upper, but still got some cool shirts and other assorted things, and the shoot house was totally kick ass. I really liked that COF, even though I FUBAR'd my way through it. Hope

Cindy and I had a great time at our first FDCC shoot.  Good food, cool prizes, great weather and friendly gun owners made this a hell of a day.

Special thanks to Slug-O for letting me fire full auto for the first time.  When I finished with my 20 round mag, he already had one of his own 30 rounders in hand for me.  Needless to say, I am hooked.

Two videos below.  The first is my 13 seconds of auto burst bliss.  The second is Slug-O dumping two Beta mags in 25 seconds.

A great BIG thank you goes to Neil for soliciting the prize donations.

Dave & others for cooking, Sam's wife Marci for sign-in, and all the others that helped make the event a success.

I especially want to thank Matt, Slug-O and Sam and all the other folks who were responsible for the shoot house build and especially for transporting all the materials. I was at the storage unit about 9am but they had been & gone. It's a tremendous amount of work pulling all that together & I was definately lacking the energy & spirit, thanks guys for taking care of that.

Who is posting the scores?  I think us "old guys" acquitted ourselves pretty damn well.  Why are we letting the young punks shoot with us anyway?  It's bad enough we taught them everything they know
and they show such disrespect.

Wow, Neil, Sam, Matt, and the rest of the Crew what a great time and event.  Food, new Friends and fiendish usage of ammo was thoroughly entertaining.  Leon (wild child, always spicey, never mild) thanks for the laughs and use of your lil friend, man that thing spits fire and when you're done you can cook a hot dog off the surpressor.

First time at the FDCC and it was first class all the way.  Matt thanks for breaking into my Truck with the sun going down I thought I'd still be there, but you fished out the keys, thanks again.

Great pix on the other thread and thanks to the Photographer for getting in the shoot house with all of us snapping the photos and I heard sometimes being swept.  Brings a whole new meaning to F Stop.

See you all soon and have a great Christmas!
