When I sent my bricks in I had bought Flat-Rate shipping boxes from the Post Office for $3.50.

I went in today to get one to send 3 bad mags back to CProducts for replacement and the counter lady said the only pre-paid boxes they had was $8 something...

Where did I get them from then, am I mistaken? Where would I find them?

Confused

Here in jax you can get priority flate rate boxes for free at the post office.  I forget how much postage is, somewhere around $7 - $8 regardless of weight.

Your memory is bad.  I bought lots of those prepaid boxes over the last couple of years to send care packages to Iraq and Afganistan. Cost is $7.76 or something like that, (my memory is bad too LOL). I haven't hooked up with another soldier since the last one came home several months ago and am not sure of the exact amount but I think I am close.

Yeah I remember those priority rate boxes at $3.50.

Looks like USPS decided to jack up the prices when they went with varying size boxes.
