7/62x51/.308 ammunition for sale
750 rounds British (headstamp is either RC or RG - my eyesight isn't what it used to be)
360 rounds Hornady Tactical (TAP) ($21. a box of 20 at Midway)
760 rounds Federal Match 168 gr. Sierra BTHP ($26. a box of 20 at Midway)
60 rounds Federal gold something match (didn't see this exactly, but figuring $21. at Midway, other of this grain is)
400rounds Winchester match 168 gr. BTHP match ($25. a box of 20 at Midway)
1000 rounds Venezuelan military (CAVIM)
250-300 rounds assorted loose in box
Package at $1500. Do the math above, and you're probably pushing $2300. to $2500. in value at decent prices. The only way I'll break this up is if I can put together a few deals to cover all of it, otherwise it doesn't make a lot of sense to leave half of it. Might as well buy a .308 bolt rifle to shoot it. I've had requests, but not for more than half (proves the "ammunition shortage" rumors are just that). If it isn't sold by 14 April, the lot will be withdrawn and I'll buy a .308 bolt at one of the two big gun shows by the end of the month.
FTF in Florida. To heavy to ship at UPS prices, and too much hassle to box - I haven't the time or inclination.
Will consider trades on an equitable basis such as:
Certain Browning Hi-power, more along the collector types such as stocked, slotted, tangential, etc. (Though I would have a use for a "user" in blue) Browning accessories such as short slide, or a .22 adapter
Kahr P9Covert, maybe a T9.
Ruger Bisley, or Vaquero birds head, in .44mag, prefer 4 5/8"; also Single six .22lr.
Cobray M11/9 accessories such as barrels or uppers (side cocker with rail), bolts and internal parts.
Some mix of 9mm, whether good Ranger or Golden Saber or FMJ subgun ammo.
