Ordered a rubber overmolded Ergo grip in coyote brown from Ameetec, was told it would go in the next days mail, after two weeks it still didn't arrive, after several E-Mails, "Warren" told me it was an employees fault it didn't get sent, he then told me he had sent it USPS Priority, shortly after that I received a $29.00 charge on my account, when I questioned "Warren" about getting charged for the priority shipping after HIS screw up, he told me they would have it returned since it had been sent FED EX ! And that I should enjoy the restocking fee and shipping fees minused from my refund ! I reordered the same grip from Yankee Hill on the 20th, received it today the 23rd ! Yankee Hill will get more of my business, Ameetec will never get another dime from me and should get some lessons in good customer service.
P.S. If anyone from Ammetec wants to turn this into a pissing match, I have saved all the E-Mail messages and will post them on every board I'm a member of
