What do I need to check/replace to fix this on my Coharie Arms SBR?

Failing to fire due to essentially no primer strike.  I can see the that there is only very light contact with the primer, but not enough to leave any impression.

Sucks you're having problems. Could be too short a firing pin, too much head space, or something wrong with the hammer spring. The hammer spring you can check by manually cocking it to check its tension. Firing pins are cheap, could buy and install another one to see if it makes a difference. If it's head space, that'll take more involved steps to check and fix.

One of my good friends has a Coharie and was experiencing the same problems. The issue was the trigger pack and poor welds on the hammer axis pin bushings. Both came loose and bound the hammer.  He swapped to a German one and got it running again.  In his case, it was a pretty easy fix.

Yeah I ended up replacing most my internals with HK German parts, runs like a top now. The Cohaire bolt assembly and trigger pack kind of sucks.

Finally got around to tinkering with it tonight.  Looks like it's just a broken firing pin.
