So, I have a couple CETME-C parts kits to build up.  Is PTR the only game in town for receivers these days?  Last time I looked, Atlantic seemed to be selling them with and without rail.

Anyone else I should try?

I am generally not allowed to wield things with fire coming out of them, so welding is sort of out for me.  I might have a buddy who can weld though.  Have to prod him and see.

Recently InRange TV put together a very easy to follow step X step build using this kit.

That's an L.  I'm thinking PTR is going to be the way to go.  By the time I get the tools, the flats and a few more flats because I screwed up the first ones, it's going to be a wash on the cost.

The PTR receiver is nice and troublefree to build. Zero issues with mine. You will need to weld the cocking tube and front trunnion to the receiver so get use to playing with fire
