[ARCHIVED THREAD] - USP .45 Threaded Barrel Options

Can anyone recommend a quality full-size USP .45 threaded barrel? Or is the HK factory barrel from hkparts the way to go?

I have threaded factory barrels on 2 of my USPs and have no complaints, groupings are the same if not better than the original barrels.

Does one need to pick up the USP tactical recoil assembly in order to best utilize a suppressor? Just curious as I need to pick up a threaded barrel fro my USP45.

When I last looked I think Buds guns had the best price on USP45 barrels. They may have increased slightly since but I remember them being a bit cheaper than HKParts. I just bought an HK45 barrel from there for the best price I had found anywhere. May get a USP45 barrel one of these days, but not a whole lot of a point to it as I have my HK45 with my Tirant45 which is a pretty sweet combo.

As far as tactical vs. Standard recoil, I'd check HKPro for that, but I THINK a standard recoil assembly should be fine.

Add: All barrels I mentioned are factory HK.
