Looking for someone to do some finish work on a bobcat mp5 I have. It has a collapsable stock and it just doesn't seem tight.

It has the faux suppressor on it now. Any idea if it can be taken off and barrel threaded for a suppressor if I were to SBR it? I already have a trust and a number of suppressors.

Thanks,

Zach

I'd contact Ghilliebear

As for threading a can, maybe one of your cans can accept a 3Lug adapter. It's the system that was likely used under that fake suppressor and it works well.

ETA: Pics man!  This ain't Nam!

It should have a 3 lug under the fake can, blind pinned into one of the lugs. Pretty easy SBR.

the loose stock may just be a function of a non HK stock. Though I've seen some HK stocks that wobble like a universal joint.

I ended up ditching the collapsable stock and going with the B&T. It's just that much more comfortable.

My bobcat is by far my favorite gun. Always goes with me to the range.

I have one of there SP89 models, BW89, and it has the tri lug on it.
Like others have said, you should not need to thread the barrel, just use the tri lug.

Cdnn has the ATI A3 stocks for 99.00 and occasionally on sale for 79.00. They are rock solid.

Yes mine had a tri lug under the hunk of aluminum. Very simple SBR and it connects very easily to the gemtech I have.
