I have searched the EE for HK 91 with no returns. I would like to learn more about original HK 91 availability and pricing. Can someone help educate me?
Thank You. Rick |

You mean when they sold for new? As I recall they were about $450-500 for a 91 or 93. Surplus mags were $5 or so. OK, Old Guy, you are even older than me. No, what they sell for now. Not PTR or G3 clones. Original HK 91. I remember surplus mags 2-5$. I am not up to date with the market but want to come up to speed. Thank You. |

A guy at the local has been sitting on one for a couple of years at $2400. Last show, he had it marked at $3200, if I recall correctly. It didn't sell while I was there, but I guess it well could have after I left. Before the panic, $2000-2400 seemed like the normal range around here. Don't know what that translates into now. |

Panic buying will start to die out soon. I think people are realizing that a federal AW ban is highly unlikely.
Don\'t pay more than $3000 for a mint to LNIB gun, less for used depending on condition. Watch gunbroker for actual auction prices, not listed prices. |
| I would say that a fair... very good, market price today would be around $2,500 to $2,800 and I feel that this will be the norm for the next 6 to 16 months for a used (88% to 90% Plus) original HK-91 rifle. When things return to normal, I feel that usedHK-91 rifles will hover around $2,200 to $2,500... IMHO |

My local gun shop sold anything that even looked like an assault rifle. Including 2 HK 91s some one put up for consignment for $3300 each. All they have left is Fudd Shotguns. |

Pricing before the madness was ~2300 dollars for a nice one at one of my LGS's. One store had one of the wall for 4500 for a couple weeks. Not sure if that was bought or whoever had it on consignment took it back, but it's gone. ARs and AKs are coming back into stock here. Saw a Glock 17 in the case for over 3 days before someone grabbed it. |

If you're paying more than $1700 - $1800 you are paying too much..unless its LNIB or comes with a bunch of nice extras. Those days are gone. Don't expect them to return for years. Maybe if you're not patient and buy off of Gunjoker or a few of the idiots in the EE. I've yet to pay over $1700 for an HK-91. IB was the first for $1700 back in 03. IC about 3 years ago for $1500. IB recently (after sandy hook) for $1650. They're not worth much more than that in used condition. I wouldn't pay more than $2400 for one in LNIB condition. These are HK-91's not 93's guys. |

Bought used one for $2000, sold it six months later for $2400. In Ohio, you will not find many for less than $2000 used. Yep. Never actually saw one listed for under $2k in the last decade. They might sell for under that, but asking $2000+ is pretty common. |
