| I need a price check on a Springfield SAR 3 (Greek 91). It is a full SAR 3 and not an overstamp. It's a Pre 89. I'm finding some older posts on gunsamerica but not to much recent. TIA |

TIA My estimate, based on what I've seen over the last year, would be $1,200-$1,700... depending on condition. Many people consider these guns as good as a true German HK91 so it's really up to the buyer to figure out how much they want one. |

Keep it or you'll regret it.It's not like it's a model that's easily replaced.I've got a SAR3 overstamp and I shoot that and keep my HK91 as a safe queen. I kinda regret dumping the 2 HK91's I had but the times called for it. Right now, I'm trying to figure out about getting rid of it, personally I don't like getting rid of any of my guns. The flip was that over a year ago I had my mother-in-law move in and she's handicapped. We needed to get a lift on the wife's mini-van and now it tearing the hell out of it. I'm in the market for a third vehicle,,,,,,,,decisions, decisions,,,, |

Sounds like you're between a rock and a hard place.I can sympathize True SAR 3's are pretty rare.Buyers are pretty well bought out after the Obama frenzy so it's not going to get as much as it would have 6 months ago.I'm with retrodog––-$1200 if you want a quick sell/it has some wear up to $1700 if it is in excellent condition and you're not looking for a super quick sell.Any Accessories will also affect the price. Sorry to hear about your situation and I wish you the best of luck. |
