How can I fix canted sight on a Century CETME?

Send it back to Century.

Yes, send it back.  They are notorious for this and a canted Sight on a G3 style platform can involve hours to fix...

I bought it second hand, from a guy who bought it in 1992 and most probably there is no warranty.

Other than that, how can I fix the canted sight?

In that case:
you need to remove the eye-bolt (grind off the rivet head)
heat the triple frame with a propane torch to melt the solder and adjust it straight
re-drill the hole and replace the eye-bolt

This is not for the beginner and requires time and tools to do it right, I did the sight on my C91 and it looks great now.
You have to decide how much you think you are willing to try do, or you could farm it out, but it might not be worth the cost of the work to have it done by a pro.

+1

I just acquired a CAI3 (century's attempt at a g3) and have same problem.  Will tackle this week.   Other than that, the rifle runs well.
Good luck

For a beater with a used barrel, just tweak the post.  It worked for me to get a good 100 yard zero on a Hesse G3.  Moved my group over a foot to obtain 10" groups.  After I pulled all of the copper out of it (about 5 penny's worth) the tube looks like a pitted sewer.  It is just a powerful, 100 yard blaster.

Put a scope on it, that is what I did with my Cetme with a canted front sight.

I replied previoulsy with my canted sight problem...fixed it no big deal, however my real problem was with the crappy CAI 'loudener'.  The bore channel on it was out of alignment and the bullet was actually grazing it on the way out on the right side, and printing left, with crazy ass groups.  Counter bored it with a 3/8" bit and I am good to go.
