I have a Coharie SP89 that is SBR'ed. Can I install a Navy Lower housing using all the current Coharie factory lower parts? Thanks.

Yes, as long as it's an Ambi-Navy lower. If you get a SEF Navy lower, you will need to get a metal selector switch and new trigger pack/box as the Cohaire trigger group is designed for the ambi selector.
