Anyone have any problems with blown primers?
Also why would the cocking handle be hard to pull back?

PTR-91

Anyone have any problems with blown primers?

Please describe what loads you were firing.

Also why would the cocking handle be hard to pull back?

It's new...right? Give it a chance to break in. You're unlocking the bolt and it can be quite stiff at first

Absolutely not, had a few lite primer strikes within the first 50 rounds, but none since, 100% function and reliability so far.

Charging handle breaks in and smooths out,
Great weapon, this will be one you wish youd bought when you had a chance if the Dems get control.

only problem was an occasional failure to eject.    lever was out of spec and was replaced (all of 30 sec) and gun has been flawless

No problems at all. You will wish you had one someday if you dont get one.
