I am looking at getting an MP5K.  I have shot a FA version and loved it.  I can not swing the FA version right now, but am looking into a semi.

I keep reading that MP5 clones have many problems.  I see that Bobcat Weapons, Vulcan and Vector (.40 cal version) makes one but I have been unable to find any true HK MP5K out there.

Am I looking in the wrong places or are there none out there?

Vector usually produced quality stuff . . . . . will 9mm mags for with .40 cal?

Thanks!

FOr a "true" MP5K semi, you'd have to get one already made into a SBR, or find a SP89 and make it yourself.  As far as clones, you can find a SW that works, or get a BW89.

It's best to SBR it.  A semi MP5K with a stock is more fun to shoot....without the stock, shooting it is like shooting a big ass pistol--not as fun.

And with the SBR you can still take the stock off if you want.
