Smith Enterprises Vortex

These are very nice, not going to look factory, but if performance is the key,
The way to go.

The IGf FH's are very original in apperince. I have one on my PTR. Good stuff.

Agreed.
The IGF hider is a no brainer for compliance reasons. Well made and does not effect performance. The only difference is the lack of spline locking ring and slot. I got over to keep other moving FMP parts on my gun.

Gordn Miller makes a .223 HK 4-prong hider that is a lot stronger than the HK design.   His has aradius curve at the base of each fork rather than a "V"... much stronger.   I had a 4-prong break on me at the base of the V.

Don't know if this matters to you or not, but if it's not a standard NATO 22mm FS, some quick detach suppressors will not work with it.  I don't know if the after market ones have the same dimensions as the NATO ones or not.  If your not going to use a suppressor then disregard.

Too bad my state doesn't allow suppressors.  Or SBRs.  Or machine guns.  Or concealed carry.
