PTR91 Project Completed > Heckler & Koch

After a few months of ordering the key parts and inquring members of this forum for suggestion, (thank you all!) I finely completed my PTR91 to my taste. Note that the charging handle in lock position does not interfere with scope - This weekend I'll test fire this setup at the range.

PSG90 stock
B/T Universal mount
DSR 30mm Quick Release Rings
Titan 30mm 1.5-6x scope

Did you have to drill and tap to mount the B&T scope base/rail? How does it stay on?

Nope, no drilling or tapping. Comes straight from the factory to fit - Mounts with Allen Head screws with pressure feet similar to the claw mount, except that it puts pressure upward verses inward as in the claw mount.

The first one picture, the Universal Mount. Great mount, beats the claw mounts all square in my book.

Ive got a PTR 91 on order and just can't wait. Don't get me wrong, I love ARs, but the opportunity to own a 91 at, near or above the quality of an HK is the sheeet.

Oh, the $7.00 mags are a bonus

Why $7 mags when you go $3?

They were $2 at one point and I bought 20 of them.

I just shot my PTR-91 today for the first time since buying it in June. It ran perfectly. No hiccups, extremely accurate with 20 year old SA surplus, and manageable recoil. You will love it, MB. .308 semi-auto is a lot more fun than .223 semi-auto! More boom!
