How can you tell which ones a full auto pack and which ones semi?

if it's from a parts kit the trigger pack is probably full auto

How can you tell what bolts are for auto and for semi?

It's kinda hard to explain but the full auto bolt has an enclosed channel where the trip lever goes through and the semi auto doesn't.

Does this even matter if you were to make a semi auto one (bolt that is)

No

How can you tell the manufacturer?

Hmmm, this is a hard one, but I got an idea, how about check for any markings? Chances are it's an FMP parts kit, if you see HK markings then it's a German HK kit.

A very good to excellent condition FMP(Portugal) parts kit goes for about $200, if you have a German one maybe $300-400

Thanks for the smart reply

The markings for the barrel and bolt/carrier are quite apparent however I have been unable to locate any markings for the packs and grips, hand guards, and other not so readily identifiable parts?

Like you said not all parts are marked, however I was under the assumption that all the parts from the kit you have came from the same rifle or at least the same source (i.e.same mfg), so that it would be safe to assume the other parts are of the same manufacture as your bolt/barrel.  If your kit consists of mix matched parts from various mfgs then I'm afraid there probably isn't a way to track down the origin of every single part.

One thing I know is that FMP and German parts will have date codes on the handguard and stock, POF parts will not.

If you want to send me a few pictures I'd be more than happy to host them for you.

Alrighty,

Here's what I can tell from these pictures:

1. They're all G3 parts, no CETME parts.
2. Appears to be a combination of mostly FMP parts.
3. The receivers are FA91 Cast aluminum (I guess you know that already)
4. The trigger group housing with the black pistol grip and the trigger pack is semi auto, looks like a factory conversion(the housing, not the pack). The rest are unconverted FA trigger groups.
5. The small parts in the plastic mags are proprietory parts for the FA91 cast aluminum receivers, if you want to sell the receiver by itself make sure that you include those along with it.
6. Black handguards appear to have been painted.  Possibly the black stocks too.
7. All the barrel front end sets have the older style straight cocking tube/triple frame, so I'm pretty sure those are all FMPs.
8. A couple barrel front ends seem to have rust, that would probably reduce the value by some.

You can probably get around 200 for each complete parts kit, less for ones with rusty barrels, not sure about those receivers, maybe 20 bux each.
