NOTICE TO CURRENT U.S. MILITARY & LAW ENFORCEMENT USERS AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS FOR HK TACTICAL WEAPONS

Buyers Beware!

Heckler & Koch wishes to inform all U.S. customers that various companies are offering tactical weapons that resemble and are being promoted as MP5 Submachine Guns and HK416 5.56mm Enhanced Carbines. These include but are not limited to counterfeit HK-style weapons.

Prospective buyers should know that:
These weapons ARE NOT manufactured by Heckler & Koch
These weapons ARE NOT genuine HK product
These weapons ARE NOT produced at the HK Factory in Oberndorf, Germany
These weapons ARE NOT covered by HK's warranty
These weapons ARE NOT produced to HK's famous specifications or quality control protocol
These weapons ARE NOT serviced by Heckler & Koch Counterfeit guns shipped to HK's service facility will be refused and returned.
Heckler & Koch DOES NOT provide technical support, repair, training, or spare parts and accessories for use on the counterfeit HK weapons
Any customer that purchases counterfeit, non-genuine HK weapons from these importers ARE NOT buying genuine designed, produced, and fully-supported HK tactical weapons. Only HK firearms marked "Made in Germany" with German proof marks are genuine HK products.

These counterfeit weapons and/or their main components are being produced in overseas facilities that are not controlled by HK and are not authorized under the limited license agreement with HK to produce these weapons for export. These facilities and the weapons/components they produce for export are in violation of the license agreement with HK. The quality of these conunterfeit weapons/components is not that of the genuine HK product and could place the users at risk. Non-HK produced counterfeit spare parts and accessories are also being offered by the importers that are not produced by HK and are therefore not supported by Heckler & Koch.

When lives are in the balance, demand the best. Choose genuine HK weapons and accessories.

So don't buy HK clone rifles. Okay, uh where do I buy a real HK rifle since HK isn't selling them?

Oh you mean to get them to make real long guns again? That'd be nice but don;t hold your breath. Didn't they split into two companies anyway?

I don't think they even have the tooling for the 9X series rifles anymore. Too bad

I have always liked the HK weapon designs.

This message OBVIOUSLY can't be written by the same
brilliant people that came up with their most successful
designs.

It makes me wonder who the RETARDS are that took over the company,
and how they managed to do so with such a lack of intelligence.

Truely dismal.  heyThen we'll see some action.

Yea right!  What kind of a statement is this?!

Dear Heckler and Koch:
If you sell us your rifles, we will purchase them by the handfull, so long as it is not a gray colored plastic one that is politically correct and 60% similar to its Military counterpart.

Interesting.

H&K must know how quickly their products would fly off the shelves if they got approval again.
If they were really smart, they could set it up to get a limited number imported and allowed to be sold while the goverment was reviewing things. Then have the goverment say that these guns can no longer be imported.
