| I sold my CETME but kept the "goodies"...anyone want to make a "non-ban"? I have a flashhider,2 bayo lugs, mags, sight tool, G3 type web sling, etc...would make someone a great package deal on all of it! |
| Hey feller! I wanted to IM you but it is shut off so, I have a question for you. How did you like your CETME? I have a friend who wants one and found one for $400.00. Says it's "brand new" I was under the impression that all CETMEs were all made back in the 50's in Spain until H&K bought the rights and moved it to Germany. Am I correct so far? What do you know about the origins of a CETME? Are there a dozen different manufacturers , or they all imported by Century International arms or what? I really ,REALLY appreciate all your help on this. Thanks man! Take care. |

When the Germans lost WWII they could not produce weapons, so the weapon engineers moved to Spain and produces the delayed roller rifle there until they could produce them in Germany (HK). The CETME is really the original G3/91. The G3 has some improvements, but essentially the same rifle from the same designers. Check out these: world.guns.ru/assault/as60-e.htm www.cetme.org/mbr.html |
shhhhhh,,,the hk gods will hear you,,,, |
