Original thread that was locked and I dont know why it was locked. Of all the fucked threads in GD, I get locked. 
GD FAL help thread Hey guys I bought this FAL a long time back and ran 4-5 mags through it, and put it in the back of the safe. I am thinking of selling But, I dont know what I have. Markings are: L1A1 Sporter Cal. 308 Receiver made by IMBEL-Brazil Imported by CAI St. Alb VT by safety selector UE66 A141*29 on charging handle bar 960-2302 D(slash in middle 80 with up arrow Black plastic furniture Stock has number 81 in blue on it Non threaded barrel, seems to be 18-20" I have stocked up on 20 -30 mags and lots of Surplus 308 as well. Any help on what I have before I go to the jerky/beanie baby show, I mean gunshow would be great. Thanks |

It probably got locked because it smelled like a For Sale ad wrapped up in a thread. GD is funny that way sometimes.
A Ban-era Century Franken-FAL. Worth what someone will pay bit they were as low as $500-550 for awhile. Because is was assembled by the Angry Beavers(Century's gunsmiths) it won't bring much more than the value of the parts, $650-750 if you want to sell it quickly. Ask for more if you're patient and don't mind sitting on it. |
