There in-house receivers are out of spec... try to torque a new old stock barrel and you will see.  Not to mention the locking shoulder needed.  Since DSA is a sponsor, what's going on here?  You had the correct dimensions for the DS marked LMT receivers now the DSA prefix are out of spec.

You mean a barrel washer?  Metric or Inch barrel?

Their metric uppers... they haven't had inch in a while.

I noticed this with the last build my friend and I did. Needless to say, I'm going with Coonan from now on.

I think he's trying to ask if you are using an inch pattern barrel and if so, are you using a breeching washer?

The problems with the recent DSA receivers are well known and you still purchased one?

I got a couple of receivers from them a few months back, and they were both way out of spec.

It's bad when a DSA lower and DSA topcover won't fit on a DSA upper without modifications. Not to mention the nasty barrel threads, charging handle channel not being straight, etc.
