| I am thinking of squirreling away some spare parts for my FAL, what parts typically break on a metric FAL, and which ones should I have extras of just in case to keep it running, since parts seem to be fairly easy to get now. |
| Ive not broken an FAL part since I first shot one in the mid 70s. But I tend to like to be prepared so...Id have a kit with the bolt parts in it, an extra set of springs, etc. You can get all this from DSA but once you add up the costs you might be better off getting one of the complete kits now available. |

Getting a complete ket would make sense, but it will likely just turn into me building a second FAL...

Yes and then you would need to buy another kit for spare parts...and pretty soon you would be near flocking insane like me... |
