Probably a dumb question...
But, I have a SA fal. It has the plastic furniture and I would like to go to wood. Is any standard fal wood stock set compatible? Can I go to an Izzy type set? Is there a reccomended place to go to for these?? |

If by SA you mean South Africa then the plastic buttstock will usually be the longer variety, so an Isreali will be considerably shorter.
If SA means South American then it would most probably have a "medium" length plastic stock, but an Isreali will be a little shorter. |
| If it means anything to you, the 922(r) law may get involved. If the plastic is US made, putting original wood on it will make it non compliment. You can order from Ironwood. com, but expect to wait, and pay a bit. I've been waiting almost a month for a set he had instock. |
