Hey, I registered at the FAL files site some time ago, and I still can not post on the board. Are there any FAL files members here? |
On a related note... why do none of the links work on the Fal files index page ![]() www.falfiles.com/index.php |
Been registered there since Sept. 2000. FALaholic #985 Still cruise through there everyday when I get finished here. I like to check out the marketplace Rick SGF, Mo. |
Hey John how ya doing? Didn't know you was a FAL'er too Rick SGF, Mo. |

they left a bad taste in my mouth. i sent some funds and bought a membership a couple of years ago when jen was about to go under. Got an account upgrade but then couldn't login. sent tons of emails trying to get help with my account and never got so much as a reply. even went to the point to point of getting another member to IM and start a thread for me in case my emails weren't getting through. i don't expect much but the only reason i upgraded was to help out that site even though i rarely posted there. it would have been nice to be able to use an account i paid for. ![]() haven't been back since. |
I don't see any K98's here |

Hmmmmmmmm, not sure about what THIS has got to do with anything in what should be a TECHNICAL DISCUSSION ONLY forum, but for the sake of data exchange and particular model of rilfe, as long as it doesn't turn into a piss match, We'll let it roll in here.
Now BEHAAAAAAVE (Austin Powers accent here), mmmmmmm'kay? HUNTER. |

I don't post on that board because it is full of weirdos and some guy named British Mike is the moderator. LOL, that's just wrong!
I sort of miss the old Blue Board days, when the internet was young and StG-58 kits were pristine and plentiful along with Portugese 7.62 |

I'd like to have a basement full of that Portugese stuff, a shed full of those old StG kits, and a pickup truck load of the Imbels now.......It would have been a much better investment than my mutual fund portfolio, for certain. |

yeah, I used to live over there until I discovered arfcom. I can't log in with my old username. There is another Pogo over there. I got into trouble with the missus (who logs in with my passwords to read what I post) when he wrote about buying a new rifle my wife never heard about.
I dunno why I left as I like my FN's more than M1As. I bought several STG kits, sold a couple last year before I found out how much they command nowadays....... |

FALaholic # 1777, Dec 2000
Well my FAL phase was the early 200Xs. Since, then I don't go there much. Just going back recently, to see what FAL parts are going for. I'm thinking about selling the extra kit(s) or two to fund some other gun projects. I have my share of the various FAL types... so I don't see myself assembling the remaining kits into full guns anytime soon. |

I'm #13912. Got my 1st FAL just before the big year 2000 scare. Century build. But I got lucky with it, and it shot fine. I had to sell everything I owned for medical bills, shortly after I joined, and stopped going there. I had a STG kit put back, and just got enough funds to get a reciever a couple months back. I'm in the process of building it now. I hope that nothing happens and I get to keep this one. As far as receivers go.... DSA 450 Enterprize 400 Century 350.00 No more Imble that I know of unless you can find someone with one. |
