Sure are! There are several NIB for sale on Gunsamerica.

They are not new, though they may be NIB.
They have been banned from importation since 1989.
Browning FALs are prized as collectors items and they are very nice.
If you want a FAL that is just as nice, but half the price, check out DSA.
