Okay, I know there is a blind pin and you have to unscrew the nut in the rear as well as the gas adj nut/spring, anything else? Its been a  long time since I removed one.  This is an imbel kit and I have a feeling its rusted in there.

If you have everything removed and it still wont unscrew, try placing a drill bit or allen wrench with the same diameter as those two holes in the gas tube and slowly turn it.  It will make it much easier to remove.

Ah ha. It's an Imbel.....it probably got painted on.  (I read that on the Falfiles--common problem)

Try hitting it with some Kroil--let it soak overnight, and try what Blacklisted said with the vent holes.  I've got a thin punch that I use for this--it has a handle and I can get more torque.

No matter how much you want to, don't use the vise grips unless you have a replacement tube!

If the Kroil doesn't work, you might try heating up the gas block with a torch while turning.

Thanks guys. Time to put some torque on it.
