Hello everyone, I am trying to do some improvements on my FAL I want to replace my current flashider with a DSA browning copy but I have heard that the long flashiders break apart, does anyone have experience with them?

My second question is should I buy a L2A2 SUIT? I really like them but I dont know if it is a bad idea or not. Thanks for your help, Sorry if my questions are stupid

Your questions aren't stupid, so don't worry.

The Browning, in theory, should be the most effective FS for the FAL.  While it will not snag like the equally effective modern Vortex, it is cheaper, but longer.

The Suit is decent sight, but it is now hopelessly obsolete.  It will do its job, but MUCH better, modern alternatives are available for approximately the same price.

here's a couple of links to some info about the Trilux...

Sight Unit Infantry Trilux (SUIT) L2A2
SIGHTUNIT, INFANTRY, TRILUX L2A2

In its time it was a very good combat sight, it can take a fair amount of punishment before being rendered useless but it's optics leave alot to be desired compared to whats available today... for the limits of the weapon it was designed for it's a whole lot better than the iron sights that's for sure.
