Where is the best place to get a FAL sling and what should I expect to pay. Also what should I get as far as spare parts? Also did all FALs have a happy switch position, mine does [DSA receiver] but I see very few FALs around here, 99% are CETMEs. Burned several boxes of SA 308 thru it yesterday and it worked 100%. Love the bipods on these, perfect height, and with the points and flare, rock steady from prone.

easiest to keep a few extra FALs around as spares. no? well maybe just 1 nice STG kit? that could be dangerous..... not too much really prone to breakage but you could get a spring set, extractor group, firing pin, you probably have a soldered-in gas tube or i'd say gas tube&pin, maybe a BHO &screw, be nice to have a bolt&carrier that headspace....i guess now the best spare parts to get are BARRELS wish i would've bought a (bigger) pile of STG front ends when DSA had em for $99 |
