OK, I ordered a firing pin spring (actually I ordered the spring replacement kit) for my para from DSA and recieved it today.  Pulled out my current firing pin spring and it was noticeable shorter than the new one.  I went ahead and installed the new one and pressed on the firing pin and it barely poked through the other side of the bolt.  So either they labeled the spring wrong or the firing pin spring for a para is different than the firing pin for a standard stock FAL.

Anyone confirm or deny my suspicion?

Does the firing pin stick out the same length from the bolt as before w/the new spring when your pushing on the fp end? I'm sure it does and if so then the new spring is fine, the new one will naturally be longer than the worn out one. Not to mention stronger.
