| Where can I get an shorter M1a stock, or have mine shortened...my arms seem to be too short to get a good cheek weld...I need a stock about 1" shorter |
| you can lop it off and intall a Pacmayer white line "magnum" recoil pad. you will need to cut it just in front of the notch in the top of the stock for the hinge of the metal butt plate. so you take off two inches and the recoil pad will add an inch. you can cut it with anythink like a skill saw or sawsall. it's not brain surgery. |
