| I feel very lucky. I used USPS express mail received at CMP 12:38 on the 11th. From what I have seen it is a mixed bag of what people are getting a far as quality goes and who many IHC parts are on the gun. My friend also had his arrive at the same time as me and he has not heard a thing |

I have a service grade coming tomorrow. I think they barely ran out of the gap model, before hitting my application, but I listed alternate models I would accept and they are sending a service grade with LMR barrel.
The field grade I got last time has an L-K marked stock (replacement because the nice stock that it originally came with was cracked), HRA trigger housing, WRA Hammer, Beretta gas cylinder, DRC windage knob, and an unknown rear sight aperture. All the other parts appear to be IHC. I was going to see about getting an IHC trigger housing, but the HRA one matches the rest of the rifle so well, I don't think I am going to bother. I may still seek out an IHC hammer, and my HRA rifle has an IHC rear sight that I am going to swap in depending on what I get tomorrow. If I get a much more complete rifle tomorrow, I am probably going to sell the field grade I picked up last time. |

Well the marked parts are IHCbut what about the internals are they IHC also? They should be eletter coded, sight base ,follower/side, op rod catch,. The rest of parts have identifying characteristics I know the follower arm is IHC it has the proper characteristics, bullet guide is stamped and has the IHC/HRA clamshell mark. As far as the op rod catch, bullet follower, and clip latch release. I have not taken them out. I DO have those parts in my IHC ben that are marked. However with IHC the marked parts did not happen in the early guns and I do not want to put a serial number down that says (this is when these parts are used and not before) I have seen post on other sites about someone putting a book together that is suppose to help with when certain parts came about that are marked. But it has been a few years in the making and I still have not seen a release date for that book. So I will hang onto those parts in case it comes out that this gun needs those to be correct. But parts I am going to get rid of are extra rear site, extra bolts, bullet guides. I am always learning and will buy the IHC book if it ever makes it to print. |
