I'm fairly certain it's an M1a bolt. It has no stamping but lightly scribed under one side reads:
17453. Any help would be appreciated!

About has to be M1A/M14 bolt, Garand bolts don't have the rollers. For some reason I think the chinese M14 clones don't have much in the way of markings. Not sure what's up with that cut in the rear of the bolt though.

From a TeamM14 post "Chinese M14 bolts have no markings except for an electropenciled number on the bottom side. Typically, it will be a four, five or six digit number."

Yeah, that cut-out threw me off also! It does have the electo-penciled number that you talking about. Doesn't seem to have any appreciable wear. The chi-com bolts and receivers were forged instead of cast were 't they?

Norinco and Poly Tech receivers are forged.

I'm still trying to figure out .. Wait I remember now. I did own a Polytech and sent it out to be inspected by a gunsmith. He said he tightened the barrel and replaced the bolt and head spaced it. That was years ago and since sold it.
Well if anyone needs a free spare bolt send me a pre-paid addressed bubble pack.

Any possibility that someone drilled it to prevent it being reused? I'd make a cool paperweight out of it!

No clue about the drill thing. Someone else might know!
