Yep, it came off again The first time they just put on new clip and roller, that lasted 20 rounds. Then they put in a new bolt. Today, after 150 rounds the roller came off again ! Wonder what they will do this time ? Have to say they have a great warrenty, just wish I didn't have to use it so much.

| I've heard that some of the SA receivers are out of USGI spec. Mine was popping the op rod out of track while firing and jamming up. Sent it in and got my rifle back with a new receiver. Looked like all the rest of my parts were put back on. Honestly couldn't tell you if they put back in the same bolt though. GTG now and only took about a week. I'd keep on them till they make it right. By their track record, they will though. |

I think I remember your initial thread, so bear with me. The first well known receiver problem is where the bolt closes. There should be a relief cut on the receiver so that the roller does not contact the receiver. IIRC you said that was good.
The other potential point is at the rear of the recoil stroke. IIRC, the op rod is supposed to bottom out against the receiver before the bolt bottoms out. This prevents the op rod from smacking the roller on every shot. How does that area look? |

A new receiver this time? The warranty is great but it sucks to have to use it. |
