Are their any sources for new trigger groups for the M1A/M14s or are they all used now days?

What kind of parts are you looking for? Garand trigger groups work quite well for a semi auto M14 type rifle. [sans the housing of course] Buy yourself some NOS GI Garand trigger parts.

SEI offers trigger groups... not sure if they are "new" or "rebuilt" though.

If you're referring to what they have listed on their site, those are trigger jobs on a customer supplied trigger group.
