Hi All,
I am thinking of buying the Redfield 4-12x40 Revolution Scope for my M1a, for long range purpose. Its price is very affordable, around $210. Please let know your opinion about this Redfield scope. Will it work well with M1a? Any problem with this scope that I should avoid.

Thanks,
Cal

Back in the day Redfields were considered pretty good. Now they are owned by Leupold and are a lower end product. I have experiance with the old ones but not the new ones. I suggest talking to some one who owns one or taking a hard look at them at the store.

My newest rig is an M1A NM with a super sniper 3-9 and I could not be more pleased.

They are also built in Leupold's Beaverton Oregon Plant FWIW.
