Years ago a friend gave me a set of these mags.  Although they wouldn't be my 1st shtf choice, they do actually function well.

Post pictures of the tack weld marks on the front and back of the mag.  Good mags usually will have a tack weld about every 1/4in or closer.

Looks heavy.  I like to 20 rounders because I know they will clear my bipod.  Are they promag brand?

Goodness no.  These have tacks every 2"  or so.    They are blued and have the classic patina of tiny rust spots.  The overall quailty is laughable and yes, although they are unmarked, experience says they are Promag.  They do however work on the range as a nice conversation starter.
