| Does anyone know if the factory springfield mags are any better than the checkmate. Brownells sells checkmate mags for around $25.00 and the springfield mags are twice as much. I have been told that checkmate makes there mags. |

44 mag is a board vendor and cheaper still, same magazine. http://www.44mag.com/prodinfo.asp?number=CM20 ETA I've used these mags, and have compared them to Springfield mags, I can't see any difference. |

What do you think of the thermold mags I use to see them allot at gun shows The ones I had that I received in a trade deal awhile back worked okay. No bolt hold open and needed work to lock in. Decent range mags, but nothing to write home about or to count in in a SHTF situation. |
| I heard someone at the shot show said they are going to make 5-10-15 round ar mags I bet M14 is not far away there is definitly a market. Ialso beta is comming out with a c mag. Doesnt do me any good as I unfourtunatly live in nj thats why why I asked about the cmio mags because they make a 15 rounder. |
