I'm toying with the idea of retrofitting a T-37 Garand flashhider to my LRB.

Does anyone know if the muzzle thread dimensions are the same?

M1 Garand gas lock threads are 9/16x32 National Standard.

M14 muzzle threads are .595x32National Standard 3A

The T37 flashider minor diameter will be too small to fit the M14 muzzle thread dimensions.

Does this answer your question?

In theory, You could anneal, cut the lower gas lock away, bottom drill to correct depth, ream, rethread, and re-heattreat the T37 flashider then blind pin it in place to keep it on the muzzle but why would you do this?

The already available and far less expensive Smith Enterprise Vortex and the Surefire Quick connect flashiders are easy to aquire.

Yeah that seems like it would be a lot of work to install a part whose only value to me is aesthetic.
