Does anybody know the value of a Springfield WW2 Commemerative edition rifle that comes in its wooden box and has engraving in the stock of war scenes? Thanks

They arent worth 1/3 of that, what a joke. They really are not a good investment,no commemoratives are. Persoanlly I wouldnt pay more than $600.00 or so "if' I wanted one.( I know many will not agreee, especially the guys that spent way to much on one)  They do not hold their value. Get a USGI Garand and in 5 years it will be worth more than what you paid. The commercial copy will be worth less

+1 to that.  They are worth what people are willing to pay for them and they really have no collectors value so they are worth the price of a SAI M1.
