Has anyone tried the Versa-Pod 807 front sling swivel rail combo.
It replaces the front swivel with a 3in rail with a built in sling swivel for mounting lights or bipods or whatever.

Thats what I have on mine. make sure you use either blue locktight or superglue on the scres as they will loosen up from the vibrations otherwise.

I put one on my Socom to allow bipod and tac light use. I think it's great. Getting the old sling swivel off was a PITA though, I had to fire up the drill press to get the rivets out. Definitely use loctite, I did and Ive had no problems.
