| Anyone fire a Fulton Armory M14? Are they very nice rifles like everyone I have heard from? |

In november of 2006, they got stolen in Salt Lake City They got recovered 3 days later by the local PD (IT was all posted here) local PD takes pictures, takes info, returns them. Noooo, they decide it should be a federal case, because both these guys are convicted felons from before, so it's mighty easy to get a federal felon in possession rap on them. That was 15 months ago. The feds don't have a fucking clue. a. how hard can it be to get this conviction? b. their rules change every 2 seconds. c. feds say they can't return them til the case is completely finished, including sentencing. They rarely return my phone calls. I usually get pissed off and have to call the local PD (there) to get a damned phone call returned. Our system is so badly broken it's not even funny. 1 FA M14 1 SA M1A 2 MSTN AR15's with ACOG's We're talking serious fucking money here, and they just dick around for months on end. I'll be amazed if I even get back most of the AR's (despite the fact they had pictures on the news of them before they went in PD evidence locker) When they finally release them I'll have to drive out there (500 miles one way) to get them because they government can't transfer them anywhere. (I already asked). Umm, hello, you're the ATF, you can't transfer them to the Denver ATF office? WTF "we're from the government and we're here to help" NOT at least if they were stolen I could have gotten the insurance and started over. instead it's just a giant sucking sound. And they are supposed to be on my side???????? Even the PD detective is pretty appalled. |
