I am mounting a Burris Fullfield II Tactical 3-9 x 40 on my M1a. I'll be using a Springfield 3rd gen mount. Which Burris Xtreme Tactical rings should I get?

Weaver style rings work best on factory SA, Inc. Third Generation and Scout Squad scope mounts. The Burris Xtreme Tactical rings are specified as Picatinny style rings.

I have a set of the Burris Xtreme Tactical extra high rings and they do fit the Springfield mount. What I am trying to find out is what height rings should I get as in Low or Medium.
