has anyone chronod the 06 surplus ammo from CMP ?

thinking about stashing a case or two for use in my pre 64 mod 70 for just in case and range use

wondered how it stacke dup against retail ammo such as say 150 or 200 gr Rem

M1 Garand, 75 degrees, ten shot strings, 15 feet from muzzle,

Lake City M2 ball 1969 - ave 2602 fps, es 71 fps, sd 23.6 fps

Greek HXP M2 ball 1972 - ave 2782 fps, es 76 fps, sd 23.3 fps
