what do you suggest I use for sealing the paint on my first attempt

Sorry to be so late to reply....Computer crashed and I have had limited net access on and old dail up.

Anyhow, if you haven't clear coated it yet American Accents Clear from HD is compatable with Krylon and wont mess with your finished paint job.

Also if you haven't sprayed any clear coat wipe the stock down with a Minwax Stain to mute the colors some.

Use Brownells aluma hyde 2 clear. Spray it on lightly, if you use too much it gets shiny.
