After asking opinions on this site about replacing my preban M1A's that were sold years ago with the newer SA stuff, a few of you guys recommened I check in with LRB. I did send them an email, but didn't hear back. Someone on here said they were in the process of moving, so I sent them another email, telling them I know how stressful it is moving a business (been there, done that) and whenever they get settled in to contact me, I'm ready to order.
I got an email right back saying they are ready when I am. That was a week ago today. (guess they havent started moving yet) I called Lou, told him what I wanted, and also told him I was leaving town early Nov, and if they needed to, to just hold off to ship until after I got back.
TODAY, I got a call, my 18.5" M14 is being shipped TODAY, they test fired it yesterday and she shoots SWEET.
I just wanted to pass along my experience with LRB so far. Great guys to do business with, and they obviously don't mess around. I'll give you a report AFTER I get back in town as to how it shoots.
THANKS to you guys who recommended LRB!

I received mine 2 weeks ago........LRB deserves its fine reputation. Good old New York guys....solid, reliable, salt of the earth, no nonsense. I grew up in Jersey and had the pleasure then to know guys like Lou and Paul. I consider it an honor to own this rifle.
